New precinct underway at Epiq

Clarence Property has commenced the expansion of Epiq Marketplace with a new retail precinct on an adjoining site – following a surge in demand for quality commercial and retail space.

Clarence Property is excited to announce that construction officially commenced on our new retail precinct adjacent to the highly successful Epiq Marketplace in Lennox Head. This next stage reflects the strong demand for space at Epiq Marketplace and will introduce 8 new tenancies totalling 720m², with two tenancies already secured by local businesses.

Marketplace commercial retail building

The expansion follows the successful delivery of the $250 million Epiq development, which has transformed Lennox Head with over 450 residential lots, community infrastructure, and the popular Epiq Marketplace – anchored by Woolworths, BWS, and Chempro. The new precinct will provide additional retail and service offerings, further solidifying Epiq as a central hub for the community and visitors alike.

We are excited to be working with Tim Cohen and the Bennett Constructions Team for the delivery of this precinct which will benefit from high foot traffic and easy accessibility for the growing local population.

This project builds on Clarence Property’s vision of creating vibrant, sustainable, and well-serviced communities.
