Less than 10 lots remain: Stage 7 Land registered & selling quickly
Over 70% of homesites SOLD in Epiq land release
Just 9 new, vacant homesites remain for sale in this popular community after developer Clarence Property confirmed the final land release in Epiq is now complete, titled and ready to settle.
This sales surge in Stage 7, which is home to 33 level, elevated homesites, follows a run of settlements earlier this year in The Pocket. The Pocket is Epiq’s previous land release which sold out in just 4 weeks – attributed to a lack of ready-to-build land in the Northern Rivers region.
Elders Lennox Head agent Nick Bordin said steady sales in the sought-after masterplanned community, demonstrate an appetite for quality, well-located property.
“Supply of ready-to-build land close to the beach and urban amenities is incredibly low across Northern NSW, and these homesites are very well-priced to suit a range of buyers looking to build.
“At Epiq, buyers can secure land less than 3 kilometres to the beach from $595,000, and build their new home, with a total house and land cost of around $1 million to $1.4 million, which is simply not achievable in many other popular coastal areas.
“Epiq is a great option for buyers looking for a brand new, low maintenance alternative to purchasing a second-hand home in Lennox, where the median house price is currently $1.38 million, according to realestate.com.au (May 2023).”
Completed lots range from 366 to 897 square metres and with 25 homesites now sold, remaining lots are priced from $595,000 to $855,000.

To assist buyers to move into their new home sooner, the developer has curated a selection of Complying Development home designs, which means purchasers do not require development approval via council, saving both time and money.
A range of one and two storey, three and four bedroom home designs from select local builders can now be viewed here on the Epiq website.
A limited selection of house & land packages is also now available for the first time since Epiq was launched in 2015.
Stage 7 enjoys a premier location, a stone’s throw to the retail amenity of Epiq Marketplace (including Woolworths, medical centre, cafe, gym and much more) and opposite Epiq’s community sports fields and open space area, which will never be built on.
It is just a short 150m stroll to Harmony Early Learning Journey child care centre, and less than 3km into Lennox Village or the beach.
The Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport is just a 14km drive, making the dream of a beachside work/life balance a truly genuine alternative to a capital city commute.
