Construction Nears Completion in Epiq Stage 7

Stage 7 homesites ready to settle this year

Construction is nearing completion on 33 homesites in the seventh stage of the sought-after Epiq Lennox Head masterplanned community.  Deposits are now being taken on the first release of these level homesites from buyers keen to start building their dream home later this year.

With demand high for ready-to-build land in this popular coastal community, developer Clarence Property commenced construction on Stage 7 last year, and is now on track to deliver these completed homesites in coming months.

As you can see from the above photo (taken a few weeks ago), all retaining walls are in place to create level, easy-to-build homesites within this elevated precinct.  Capping blocks will be applied to these retaining walls over coming weeks to complete the lots to a high aesthetic standard.

The homesites in Stage 7 will be fully serviced, for new owners to easily move in and connect to, including high-speed NBN connectivity.  All sewer and water works are now complete

It’s exciting to see that construction of kerbs to all new roads is almost complete and the roads are now starting to take shape, with gravel down and asphalt works commencing shortly.

It is anticipated that all construction works will be completed in late June this year, meaning purchasers will be able to secure their preferred homesite now and settle in approximately September this year.  Check out Stage 7 progress photos below.

This limited release is home to just 33 lots which range from 366sqm to 897sqm and are priced from $750,000. Stage 7 is located right across the road from Epiq Marketplace, less than 3 minutes to the beach and Lennox Village and less than 25 minutes to Byron Bay.  There are also new sporting fields and a new Council community facility, located directly adjacent to this land release.

Exclusive agent, Nick Bordin from Elders Lennox Head is now inviting prospective buyers to contact him to inspect the Stage 7 homesites, or to place a deposit to secure their preferred new address prior to completion.  He is urging buyers to act quickly to avoid disappointment, at a time when demand for new housing is at an all-time high and supply of coastal land is incredibly low.
