Final premium ocean view lots at Epiq on the market
Clarence Property will this weekend release the last of its Ocean Ridge lots at Epiq Lennox Head, giving buyers a final chance to secure some of the best homesites in the project.
The release follows the one day sellout of all 22 lots in the first stage of Ocean Ridge for more than $10 million last year.
The final Ocean Ridge release offers the last remaining homesites with north facing ocean views, with construction of all lots now complete and ready to build on, meaning purchasers could move in to their new home by Christmas.
The coastal homesites, which are currently the only developed lots in Lennox Head with ocean views, range from 600sqm to 1,458sqm and are priced from $399,000.
Elders Lennox Head principal Michael King said he expected the final lots to sell quickly not only because of their premium location, but also proximity to new lifestyle amenities in the pipeline at Epiq.
“Ocean Ridge is quite simply the best coastal land on offer not only in Epiq but the whole of Lennox Head, with a prime elevated position to capture ocean views and sea breezes,” he said.
“Epiq is appealing to both local buyers who want the best address in town, as well as purchasers from as far afield as Brisbane and the Gold Coast who want to live by the beach for a fraction of asking prices across the border.
“Now is the perfect time for purchasers to become a part of the Epiq community, with construction of all Ocean Ridge lots complete, and work about to begin on a new child care centre and shopping village.
“The child care centre, which will be operated by Harmony Early Learning and will cater for 98 children, is expected to commence construction in the coming weeks, with completion anticipated by early 2020.
“The long-awaited shopping village at Epiq, which will be anchored by Woolworths and include a variety of specialty stores, is on track to take shape from about mid year, with the doors expected to open in mid-2020.”
Mr King said those who were interested in Ocean Ridge were invited to attend an open day on site on Saturday March 16, from 12pm to 2pm (entry via Hutley Drive).
“This is an opportunity for prospective buyers to walk the site, see the views from each homesite and meet with people who have bought in the first stage of Ocean Ridge – their potential neighbours,” Mr King said.
